We hope to keep the entire process enjoyable and fun for everyone, but there are still rules to take note so that we can all

enjoy the tour together and make full use of the time without too much hassle! Let's help us to help you so that we

can settle these administrative matters together and enjoy the rest of the journey together! WE LOVE YOU!

- Trips will only be confirmed with 100% payment of the tours booked. As long as the payment is not recieved within 3 days of booking,

it will be cancelled and the slot will be free for others.

- There will be NO refund for any cancellation of the booking, absentees or departing earlier on the tour.

- In any case of Typhoon Signal 8, 9 or 10, or a Red or Black Rainstorm Warning, the tour will be cancelled and payments will be refunded.

- ECHK Travel is not responsible for the following: in the event of illness, injury, death or loss or damage to personal property.

(Personal accident insurance is not included in the tour.)

- ECHK Travel serves the right to adjust the itinerary of the tour according to the situations during the tour.

- All photos taken by ECHK Travel are the intellectual property of ECHK Travel, which may be used for its promotional and marketing purposes.
